For a team that has been around for over 100 years, the Boston Bruins have a ton of memorable regular season games. The fun part about the exercise is that each individual fan might have their five most memorable for various reasons. However, when looking back through the eras, there are five that stand out amongst the rest.
April 9, 2023 - Bruins 5, Flyers 3
There was no more perfect way for the Bruins to break the regular season wins record than what they did against the Philadelphia Flyers on April 9, 2023. After tying the NHL record with their 62nd win against the New Jersey Devils, the Bruins went into Philadelphia and took a 5-3 victory for No. 63.
David Pastrnak, as he always does, showed up in a big spot for the Bruins, scoring a hat trick to help him reach the 60-goal plateau for the first time, score 300 goals in his career, and give the Boston a record that may never be broken.
February 9, 2011 - Bruins 8, Canadiens 6
Who can forget it? February 9, 2011 was the night that more than one person might've said that this group of players had something special that could carry them to a championship just four months later.

The 14 goals were just the appetizer for a game that featured 182 penalty minutes and the Tim Thomas-Carey Price goalie fight. The Bruins' roster had a way of standing up for each other, and this might've been the pièce de résistance.
March 7, 1994 - Bruins 4, Capitals 3
Cam Neely was one of the most beloved players in franchise history, and his two goals against the Washington Capitals on March 7, 1944, gave him his 50th goal of the season in just 44 games.
Neely was struggling through a serious knee injury for much of that season, and fans were left wondering how good a season it could've been if he had been healthy. Nevertheless, it was a regular season moment fans will always remember, despite his missing the playoffs that season because of his injuries.
January 1, 2010 - Bruins 2, Flyers 1
One of the best Winter Classics in NHL history had to make it's way onto this list. The Bruins bored their fans for most of the game with their 1-0 deficit, but Mark Recchi's tying goal with a little over two minutes remaining and Marco Sturm's overtime winner are moments that the organization still does everything to remember.
The setting at Fenway Park made this whole experience possible and gave all of Boston a sports memory they'll never forget.
March 11, 1971 - Bruins 7, Kings 2
There were many Bobby Orr-Phil Esposito games that could've went on this list, but their explosive 1971 season that ultimately ended in heartbreak had a fitting conclusion on this night. Esposito scored two goals to hit 60, and Orr had a goal and three assists.
The Bruins scored 399 goals as a team that season, led by Espo's 152 points, Orr's 139, and Johnny Bucyk and Ken Hodge with 100-point seasons.
