The Boston Bruins look to use their newly found confidence to earn themselves their fifth straight victory against the New York Rangers.  Currently the New York Rangers and Boston Bruins are tied with 52 points on the season and are both hanging on tightly to secure playoff positions. The margin for error is minimal for both teams, making tonight’s game one of hunger and desperation.

As noted in today’s preview, Rangers’ Derek Stepan will not be in the line up against the Bruins.  However, the Rangers will also be without Henrik Lundqvist as they place Cam

Talbot in between the pipes opposite Tuukka Rask.
