After securing the victory in Game One, the Boston Bruins and Florida Panthers hit the ice for Game Two. Linus Ullmark and the Boston Bruins took Game One despite having the illness going around. They were down a key player, but still got the job done. They showed why they are one of the deepest teams in the league. Now that that is gone and done with, here is a Boston Bruins Preview for Game Two.

Boston Bruins Game 2 Preview

There is a little bit that goes into this next Boston Bruins Preview. With the illness done and gone, Patrice Bergeron will miss the second straight game with injury. His presence will be missed for the club. Bergeron is a Faceoff specialist and is an excellent defender. Here is a projected lineup for the Bruins:

Ullmark is in line to start Game Two and defense remains the same. Tyler Bertuzzi will look to keep his pace going after his first playoff game. His two assists were his first pair of playoff points and he has settled into Boston nicely.

Boston will look to counter the pace that the Panthers were playing at the other night. Florida forechecked very well and their defensemen were opportunistic in this game. Florida is no slouch of a team. With Bergeron out of the lineup, the key will be to shutting down Matthew Tkachuk. The Bruins penalty kill smothered their power play and they will look to maintain that as the games go on. Florida will be getting a boost with the return of Sam Bennett. Here is what a projected Panthers lineup is shaping out to be:

One other thing to monitor will be who Florida plays in goal. Alex Lyon was good, but do the Panthers turn to Bobrovsky? It will be something to watch for as Game 2 approaches.

It will continue to be a physical series and a great paced series. Game Two Puck Drop is at 7:30 and can be found on ESPN. Florida will look to tie the series as it shifts to Florida.
