Vezina Trophy odds: Linus Ullmark near lock to be named NHL’s top goaltender
With less than a month to go in the NHL regular season, the odds to win each award are starting to become skewed toward the eventual winners.
The Vezina Trophy race is no exception to that rule, with Linus Ullmark of the Bruins becoming the overwhelming favorite to win the award as the league’s top goalie.
Before we take a look at the latest odds, let me tell you about the special promotion that DraftKings is offering new bettors.

Vezina Trophy odds
The oddsmakers have Ullmark set as a -2000 favorite to win the award. When that’s converted to implied probability, it means he has a 95.24% chance of winning the Vezina Trophy.
He’s well deserving of being the overwhelming favorite. His save percentage of .937 is the best mark in the NHL amongst goalies with at least 10 starts. Filip Gustavsson of the Minnesota Wild is sitting in second place at .932.
Ullmark is set to be the first Bruins goaltender to win the award since Tuukka Rask won it in the 2013-14 season. Tim Thomas of the Bruins won it twice in 2008-09 and 2010-11. Ullmark is continuing the tradition of strong goaltending play in Boston.
If you’re curious, the Bruins are also betting favorites to win the Stanley Cup. If you want to get in on that action as well, now is the time to do it.
