Zach Senyshyn will most likely not make the Boston Bruins’ 2021 opening night roster.

Another one of the B’s 2015 first-round picks, I believe right wing Zach Senyshyn doesn’t have much of a chance to make the opening night roster.

Being a former first-round pick, Senyshyn hasn’t shown much promise in the AHL, and from his small amount of time in the NHL seems to be nothing more than a bottom-six NHL forward.

To make it into the B’s lineup, Senyshyn will be relying on injuries. However, he is a likely candidate for Boston’s taxi squad.

Karson Kuhlman will most likely have a spot on the Boston Bruins’ 2021 taxi squad.

Like Senyshyn, I believe that forward Karson Kuhlman doesn’t have much of a shot at making the opening night roster. Instead, I think he’s destined for the taxi squad.

With just 36 NHL games under his belt, Kuhlman is still considered a prospect, but these 36 games are more than all of the other forward prospects.

Additionally, because he was signed by Boston as an undrafted free agent and wasn’t a draft pick, I think the Bruins won’t be as worried about stunting his development by limiting his game experience and putting him on the taxi squad. Furthermore, Kuhlman is currently waiver exempt, another reason why he’s a prime candidate for the taxi squad.

Just like Frederic, Studnicka, and Senyshyn, Kuhlman will need injuries at either center or right wing for him to find his way into the Bruins’ lineup in 2021.
