Upcoming Contract Negotiations

One of the biggest reasons that there is an impending shake-up to the 4th line is that the two main forwards are both going to be looking to sign new contracts in this upcoming off season. Campbell and Paille have both contributed a lot to the Bruins during their time with the organization, but offering significant contracts and salaries to under-performing players is not something that the B’s will be able to do.

With a lot of young players down in Providence that have the potential to be really good, Campbell and Paille will likely be on their way out. Bringing up some of the young-guns and transitioning the 4th line into the two-way players that they are expected to be should bring new life, passion and energy to the Bruins so that they can continue on as a productive and successful team.
