The Boston Bruins have just released their seven game pre-season schedule for the 2014-15 season. Once again, we’ll get to see the Black and Gold work the kinks out of their team as they start the battle to win their seventh Stanley Cup. The schedule kicks off the way it ended last season, as the Boston Bruins take on the Montreal Canadiens at the Bell Centre. Sadly, Shawn Thornton won’t be there to squirt water on P.K. Subban this time around.  The Bruins first home game in the pre-season stretch will be against the Washington Capitals.

The Boston Bruins will be going through some growing pains as they show off a brand new ‘Maroon Line’ that is likely to have none of the faces that we remember. We still have to wait and see if the Bruins can come to terms on a deal with Jarome Iginla. There will also be at least half a dozen Providence Bruins players who will be fighting to earn the right to wear the spoked ‘B’ on their jerseys as well.  So hockey fans, it’s only three months and three days before we see the Boston Bruins back on the ice. The rest of the 2014-15 schedule goes as follows.
