Here’s a fun one. You know things have gotten bad in Montreal when a player gives the old slew-foot to the coach. Oh no, this is too glorious just to say, but the team at Days Of Y’Orr have compiled a short list of clips (including Ryan White giving the old college try, er trip to Michel Therrien) showing the Habs at their finest. (Days Of Y’Orr)

Today ex-Bruins head coach and lifelong example of being a fashion icon (or victim) Don Cherry turns eighty years old today. The folks at CBC list eighty facts that span Cherry’s life and career in hockey (including all his time as a player and a coach for the Black and Gold). (CBC)

The Boston Bruins get ready to release Episode 9 of their season long, all access view of what happens with the players and staff of the Bruins organization. ‘Behind the B’ airs tomorrow night, and the Boston Bruins homepage is throwing out a little teaser of the show now. Shawn Thornton has a sit down on his impressive goal against the Florida Panthers, and see how the team is preparing for tomorrow’s game against the St. Louis Blues.  Check it all out at the Boston Bruins home page. (Boston Bruins)

The St. Louis Blues are certainly taking the Boston Bruins seriously. They’re throwing their own Slovak, Jaroslav Halak in net against the red hot Bruins, who have gone 7-1-1 in their last nine games. Even without captain Zdeno Chara, the Bruins are bringing plenty of firepower to the game tomorrow night, and the Bruins will be hungry to get two points from the Blues. The last match up last November had the Blues squeaking by in a shootout 3-2. (St. Louis Blues)

It’s been rough sailing for the Toronto Maple Leafs, first they lose to the Florida Panthers, and then they only thing they can catch in the Gulf of Mexico is a foot long shark. Not quite sure what’s worse, Nazem Kadri‘s hat or the fish. (NESN)
