Well, the Boston Bruins will be in Montreal tomorrow night to take on the Canadiens. One of those good old time rivalries that guarantee if you haven’t heard any particular vulgarity being expressed in English or in French, you’ll be able to mark them off the list some time during the game. We here at Causeway Crowd broke down several reasons why we find Montreal a distasteful squad, and we encourage you to read it and offer your own scathing remarks on the team Bruins Nation loves to hate! (Causeway Crowd)
With that moment of vitriol spent, let’s focus on the particulars of the game. Which Bruins won’t be making the trip to Montreal. Who has been cleared to skate, and what sort of fight do the Black and Gold have on their hands. Read all about it straight from the horses….er bears mouth. (Boston Bruins)
It’s Reilly Smith‘s first time suiting up for one of the great rivalries in hockey. The folks at Comcast take a look at the young forward and get his take on the Bruins-Habs rivalry that has gone on for nine decades now (Comcast)
That being said, Comcast takes a look at the Henrik Lundqvist deal and comments on what A.) What a great deal we got for Tuukka Rask, B.) Just how badly the New York Rangers are shooting themselves in the foot, and C.) Just how bloody smart Peter Chiarelli was with his arraignment of Rask’s contract. (CSNNE)
Here’s an interesting one. The guys at Puck Daddy take a look at sexism in the world of women hockey bloggers. It’s nice to know the Boston Bruins are respectful to the writers and bloggers that write about them, and they treat writers of either gender as writers. (Puck Daddy)
