Photo Memes of Pittsburgh Penguins players, most notably Sidney Crosby, have been making the rounds of Facebook and Twitter ever since the Boston Bruins game 1 shutout of the Penguins.

Some are funny and others just aren’t, or like most things on the internet they are riddled with typos and grammatical errors (like many of my blogs), but one of the funniest jabs at the Penguins came courtesy of a JetBlue pilot according to CSNNE.com’s Joe Haggerty.

Haggerty had just boarded a plane in Pittsburgh which was bound for Boston and many members of the Boston media were on board. It sounds as though the plane was getting ready to depart when a baby started crying, as babies tend to do in tight, crowded spaces and the pilot took it upon himself to address the situation:

Now, I’m sure the pilot was aware of who was on board and was pandering to them, but either way this is hysterical and the best use of a plane intercom I’ve ever heard of.

The Eastern Conference Finals are now headed back to Boston for games 3 and 4 with the Bruins holding a 2-0 series advantage after outscoring the Penguins 9-1 through the first two games. Game 3 is on Wednesday night.
