Bruins nation has become accustomed to rooting for winning teams. This is not only for the Bruins, but other New England team as well. Having won many championships over the past decade – including the recent Super Bowl win by the New England Patriots – when the team is not performing as expected, it can lead to a lot of disappointment for the fans. This was the case during the first half of the Bruins’ season this year.

With a lack of production and multiple injuries, the B’s quickly found themselves towards the bottom of the conference standings. Just when the fans were ready to give up and take a losing year, the B’s surprised us all by significantly turning their game around. In fact, the Bruins are currently holding a playoff spot and continue to win games thanks to three key factors.
