The Boston Bruins currently have the longest winning streak this season in the NHL. They’re at ten games (and counting) and have deserved a few days rest. While the Bruins enjoy this downtime, they took a look at Bruins forward (and future Hall of Famer) Jarome Iginla.  In the last few weeks Jarome Iginla has been breaking milestones like other people break bad habits. The Boston Bruins website takes a look at several of Jarome’s recent achievements and posted them on there. (Boston Bruins)

Speaking of the Bruins winning streak, the team over at Comcast put together a little victory montage that highlights the scores that led to the Bruins wins during this hot streak. (CSNNE)

Before and during every hockey game, the fans are warned to remain alert due to the fact that pucks sometimes will leave the rink at high speeds and may strike you if you’re not watching out. Well, apparently some young fan didn’t listen to those warnings, and now is suing a local team because they weren’t careful enough (more likely the teen was happily oblivious to her surroundings). It’s court cases like these that make a joke of the legal system. (Puck Daddy)

It’s true that a lot of season ticket holders do not like Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs. That he is often compared as the “Montogmery Burns of hockey” speaks to the volumes of the fans’ ire. That he led the charge of owners during last year’s lockout did him no favors either. With the Bruins increasing their ticket prices by as much as a third (or more) has got the fans seeing even more red. Despite all that, there is a five thousand plus waiting list for season tickets. The team at SB Nation takes a look at the benefit package season ticket holders get, and to no Black and Gold fan’s surprise, it’s near the bottom of the list. How bad? Read here and see (SB Nation)
