The Bruins finished off the month of October with an 8-4-0 record. Here are our picks for the Bruins Three Stars of the Month (Causeway Crowd).

Carl Soderberg who had been injured in the preseason and had a late start to the regular one put up his first NHL goal in the Bruins 3-2 shootout win over the Anaheim Ducks. Here is his postgame interview courtesy of the Boston Bruins. (Bruins)

Loui Eriksson has been cleared for light workouts. That’s the first step on the road back to the ice. Eriksson hasn’t played since October 23rd, when John Scott gave him a concussion to an illegal hit to the head. (Pro Hockey Talk)

John Scott, who received a seven game suspension from the Department of Player Safety has chosen not to appeal the suspension. Although I’m sure someone will find an opportunity to blame this on Milan Lucic as well. (Buffalo Hockey Beat)

Ex-Bruin Benoit Pouliot has played for five teams since his fourth overall selection in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. The Bruins tried to use him, but Pouliot just couldn’t find a place in the Bruins organization. It looks like he maybe losing that place in the Rangers now. (NBC)
