Big news in Hockeyland is that tomorrow Sidney Crosby returns to the ice for the first time since suffering a head injury quite some time ago.
I’ve mentioned I have someone in my world with her own head injury that has yet to play hockey again.
We discussed this story today over lunch today.
Being that this is a tragic story with a possible happy ending.
She turns to me after cheering at this news for several minutes and asks, “Wait he plays for who again?” After my response, her reply is “dang, too bad he plays for the wrong team, huh”
