If that wasn’t enough to rekindle the fire of hate we all had last June for the Canucks, Alain Vigneault reminded us that he’s a whiny excuse maker.  Here’s what he had to say about the 1PM start time.  “Obviously the NHL and their schedule-making didn’t think it would be that big of a game putting it at 1 o’clock in the afternoon”.  Well, that, OR they didn’t want to compete with the NFL Playoffs.  Even in Canada it’s hard to go up against playoff football.  If it wasn’t for that, this game most certainly would have been an evening start time.

And of course, it wouldn’t be the Crynucks (tryin that one out, we’ll see if it sticks!) if one of the Sedins didn’t chime in with some referee sucking up.  Here’s what Daniel Sedin had to say: “I expects the Bruins to be running around but expect the refs to call penalties and up to us to score on the Power Play”.  Really?  Once again the Sedins paint themselves as whiny and wimpy and that they need the refs to stand up for them and protect them.  That is sad isn’t it?  Or is it just the Canucks Way?
